Surge Text Notifications

Hello,

I've chosen not to receive any notifications on my surge and this worked prefectly for the first few days I had my surge but now, all of a sudden, I've started to receive text notifications. The surge does not vibrate when I receive one but it will just appear on the screen. The strange thing is, these are messages which are hours/days old, I've already read and deleted them on my phone (iphone 6s).

To clear the notifications I have to turn the fitbit off and on again which is really frustrating! Any idea how I stop this?

The surge, the app and the computer dashboard all show 'No' when I click on the notifications section, so very confused.

I've had the surge for 8 days now and it started doing this about 4/5 days ago.

I've had a few problems with the surge since I got it so wondering if I have faulty one?

If you decide to contact Fitbit Support, please don't forget to mention all the steps you've done to avoid getting the same ones.

Hi thanks for the link. I've read through the thread and it doesn't help. I have an iPhone.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
