I wanted to use it as I normally do. The surge is fully charged and when I push the button to access exercise options and the go to choose, I cannot select my exercise as it is stuck on 'Spinning' workout I cannot scroll to other exercises. On main screen I cannot scroll off of my clock display. Problems all started at once yesterday and even though I wore it all day and probably put in 10000 -15000 steps no information was synced latter. It was like I did not move at all.
3 year old surge and this is the first problem.
