Fitbit Surge won't sync to Map my Run

Bought a Fitbit Surge, and despite that I have connected it to Map my Run.

When I import on Computer, it says error. Also won't automatically send data to iPhone 7.

At a loss what to do, as Map My Run have not responded!!!

Try disconnecting and re-connecting the accounts.
