My Surge is vibrating constantly while charging. I have shut it down and turned back on. I plugged the charger back in and it's still vibrating. What should I do now?

I totally agree with @SunsetRunner's suggestion of restarting your tracker. If the vibration doesn't stop my best advise would be to contact our Customer Support team and let them know the steps you've already tried so they can provide you with a good solution for this.
