I’ve downloaded the Fitbit app. After almost 24 hrs of trying my new device won’t connwct to the app. I’m unable to update the tracker with a range of Domain error messages. I’ve done all the advice suggested in other links and still can’t use my device.
Any other suggestions are welcome. Waste of money as it stands.

Yeah I have , done all the troubleshooting tips they’ve suggested yet still no success unfortunately.
Theyve referred it on to another department apparently.
