Fitbit authentication i

Good morning, evening, afternoon. 

I am cincidering buying a fitbit from a 3rd party. As where I live I can not buy or find any in a store (egypt). But I am really worried about buying a fake. Is there a way to search a serial number and make sure it is a fitbit product.

Fitbit doesn't have a service to check if a fitbit product is fake.

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

Hope they can help you getting the tracker desired.
