I am having a Fitbit surge didn't used it for quite a few years now the band is bit tight for me. can I fit the large band in my Fitbit surge?

if yes, where can I get that band?

Fitbit do not sell replacement bands for the Surge and the band is not designed to be replaceable as the electronics are built into it.

 

Having said that you can find replacements from 3rd parties on sites such as eBay. There are also videos on You Tube that explain how to do it but beware it's not as simple as changing bands on the more recent fitbits.

@Doing  There are no electronic components built into the band and a replacement, Large or Extra Large, can be bought from AliExpress for around $20 USD including the tool needed for the replacement.  Plenty of videos on YouTube showing how easy it is to do.  Just make sure you retain in place the GPS and Blu-Tooth antennas which are in slots in the Surge body underneath the band at each end.
