Hi! I have fitbit surge watch, bought it in December 2015. Now the battery doesn't last more than a day. And if GPS is on, battery drains in 15-20 min. What can I do now ?? Is there something wrong with the battery? If yes where can I find a new one and get replaced??

The battery is not replaceable.
It's lasted a long time. They don't last forever. I suspect it is.on it's last legs

Now battery is totally dead. It shows charging on external supply but switches off as soon as charger is removed.
Any solution??

If the Fitbit Surge is working properly, but the battery does not holds charge, it is the responsibility of the company to provide battery replacement services.
Otherwise, the owners of the watch have been taken for the ride on purpose.
In this case, the Federal Government should take steps to force the company remedy the situation.
At this point, I hope that the company voluntarily will provide the solution for the battery problem.

Look for other posts in the forum. The batteries ARE replaceable, either by doing it yourself or sending it to an outfit who does. Apparently FitBit does not get involved, and notice they no longer offer the Surge. Doesn’t mean you can’t keep them going or have them fixed. Your choice.
