Hi I'm setting my hubby's Fitbit surge and when I am trying to record a workout and go to exercise and tap it it says no shortcuts set immobile or web? I just to be able to press the button as I do on my charge he to record the workout help please!!! Tia

You have to go into settings and choose which shortcuts he wants.
