I have both a fitbit surge and a charge. I use them both ...one for walking my dog etc the other for the gym and sleeping. Lately neither will sync, just before this happened my sleep stopped getting logged. I am at a loss as I am wondering if it isd th edongle that is at fault. I have tried changing the usb port the ddongle is in to no avail...any suggestions

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @peppermint24! If you are still experiencing a hard time syncing both of your trackers, please try restarting them and make sure that both trackers are fully charged. Is this the first time you experience this issue? Have you tried plugging the USB dongle on a different computer to see if they sync? I recommend trying this to make sure that the dongle is still working properly.

OK have also now installed software into another computer and as suggested on help page have installed software for windows not windows 10 on both computers. Also restarted the surge...also changed the dongle ( two watches two dongles) tried new dongle in both computers with no change

There is definitely something strange going on so please contact customer support, let them know what is going on and what you have tried in order to fix this issue. They will take good care of you.
