I ran my first half marathon yesterday and it rain. My Fitbit has stopped working and has lots on condensation build up under the screen. I called customer service and all they did is offer 25% off. If the company claims the product is rain proof and I get caught in the and it stops working, I think it should be replaced.

I'm sorry to hear about your Surge that got wet under the rain, but I'm sure that if you let our Customer Support team know all the details of your tracker's problem, they'll be glad to get you back on track.
