For some reason now the Fitbit surge has started turning itself off.
i like up this morning to find it off. It was fully charged.
i turned it back on and even gave it another charge.
2 hours later it's off again.
turned it on and it's still showing as fully charged so it's keeping the charge.
i have had problems syncing the watch on 2 devices and have a feeling this is all linked.
is there an email address I can contact Fitbit on to get a replacement watch?
only had to 18 months and wouldn't want to spend money getting a new Fitbit if they are this unreliable.
i have really enjoyed the Fitbit community and have become reliant on the stats it provides.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
