Just got the Fitbit Surge the other day. Was working on getting it to work, but it is causing quite a few issues. It doesn’t turn on at all when I attempt to turn it on. The display comes up when I plug it in, but it instantly dies once it’s unplugged. It one sync up when it’s in this state either. I have tried restarting it while it’s plugged in. Would appreciate any help

Described this way it looks like a battery problem. If I understood correctly, it worked at first and then has this issue. I guess, it is not in a waranty, so opening and checking out is the way. It is a nice watch if you succeed to make it work. I am wearing mine about a month already, had some troubles with it, but after all I am enjoying it. Cannot have high expectations after I bought it for about 25 dollars.
