Frozen- Is it time to let it go?

My surge is stuck. Same time, can't restart, nothing comes up on screen, won't charge-- completely frozen. The green lights are flashing rapidly. Any ideas how to get it unstuck?

Welcome to our Community @natguz! Thanks for joining us! Robot HappyI noticed @SteveH provided you with some great suggestion to help you resolve this. I'd like to add that you can also make sure your tracker is charging correctly by cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your Surge. Over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
