Frustrated with surge

I am on my 3rd surge. The problem is always the same, bubbling band, battery dying quickly, moisture in the face, always "looking" for the phone to sync. My Charge 2 syncs just fine, but that and is bubbling too....seriously debating switching to Apple!

Since December 2013 I have purchased  more than 8 Fitbit products, not one lasting more than a year...

I'm sorry you have had so many problems

 

My Surge and Charge 2 are both out of warranty and both look really good and not bubbling

 

I switch them off daily. I dont let clothing rub against them. I do change out my charge 2 band often as well. I also clean them as required under the product care guide
