Help, the green light on the face of my Surge won't turn off and it's milking my battery.

Hope you're having an excellent day, welcome to the Forums @Carnage1 and @Vilaboy! It seems like your Surge is letting you know that something is not working fine.
Check your Surge Firmware version (under "Account" tap on "Surge"). If they are not on the most recent firmware version which is 16.34.5.14, try to update it by going to "Account" clicking of "Set up a device". If you have already updated or an update does not work, try to restart your Surge and they manually syncing via Fitbit Connect or a mobile app.
In case that after doing those steps the green light is still there then contact Customer Support so they can further assist you.
