Have you got any support services from Fitbit HK distributor?

I want to repair my surge which the belt has been broken. I try to call their hotline but never success. Could I buy any additional belt from US directly?

Unfortunately the belt is not replaceable on the Surge as the electronics are built into it. If you need to replace the belt then you need to replace the entire thing.

If you are still within warranty  (you can check at www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you can contact customer support via one of the options in the following link to discuss a possible replacement:

I have to pass my original fibit surge package case and the invoice to them

Otherwise, they refuse to repair for me.
