Having problem after problem.

Since the strap split on my surge and I received a new one I've had nothing but problems. Customer service have been no help. I'm not getting battery low notifications, the battery has gone flat in just after 24 hours (was only used as a watch not gps), I was getting texts on it when the text notifications weren't switched on. Today it's decided it's not syncing. I've tried rebooting several times. The alarm I set wasn't working then I couldn't set the alarms. I'm guesssing the strap will start splitting within the year like my first one. Wishing I'd sold this replacement one and bought a apple watch.

Hi @debdebsthe1st. In what way was customer service no help? Is the tracker still under warranty?
