Heart rate chest strap for Surge

PLEASE make my Surge able to pair to a chest strap heart rate monitor. It would have the capability of pairing to a Bluetooth monitor if it were to be programmed to it.
I would much rather wear a band and know my heart rate is accurate than 30-40bpm low when I run on my treadmill. I have tried all the suggestions and tips, but none work. My heart rate is only accurate on the lower levels.
Plus it would make a nice addition to its features.

Hi @Hatrian - There is an existing (at least one) suggestion in the feature request thread - see below. I suggest you vote and or comment on it. The more interest in a feature, the greater likelyhood that Fitbit will take action.
