I've read several post about people receiving their replacement's in about 5-7 business days. I sent my Surge via FedEx to be replaced from Tampa on Monday 8/22/16 and when I checked the status today, I saw that it just arrived in Orlando yesterday, Sunday 8/28/16. I could've walked it to Orlando faster than that. The thing is, is that isn't the final destination, it still has to go to Indiana before my replacement is sent. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

I had my Charge HR replaced due to a defective battery. It arrived the next day and I didn't need to return the broken one.

I've had many tell me the same thing but they wanted me to send mine back before they would send a replacement. I sent them a picture of where the band was pulling away from the face of the Surge. I received it as a gift late May early June.

Well @BreG, your case is totally different that the regular replacements we sent directly from SF. Since yours needed to be return, it takes more time to be delivered to our warehouse. Therefore, once it's taken there an special team needs to make sure about some things before processing your replacement which would take 5-7 business days until it arrives to you.
If you have any questions about how it's been handled, I'd recommend responding to the last email you got from support and know the status of your replacement. Welcome to the Forums, BTW !
