Hello, All
I go to my office using cycle. Before Surge used to connect to GPS in a Sec. but now days it does not connects to GPS for same route. For other routes it also takes too much time to connect to GPS. Why?

No i am still getting issues with GPS connectivity. I want to show this to any service center. Do we have any service cener in India Bangalore ?

Well @arungupta2008, if you're referring to a service center where you can take your Fitbit to be repaired, the answer is no. However, we have customer support (call, email, chat) located in IN.
By now since you've tried the recommendations to improve the connectivity of your GPS, but your tracker seems not to work I'd suggest contact Customer Support (IN) directly so they can do a deeper investigation into your account and see where the issue is coming from.
