Several times I'll notice that I will get my heart rate up over 150 to 170 range but when I look at the same time point on the graph, the numbers aren't even close. I'll be in the peak zone fore several minutes yet the graph has me in the cardio zone. For example the Surge display showed 172 yet the graph at the same time point shows 138. How can I fix this?

When you are working out, you may find your heartrate is more accurate if you wear your Surge a little higher on your wrist and a little tighter than you would in day to day wear.

This still doesn't explain why two different numbers. Why wouldn't the graph reflect the same data seen on the surge itself?
