My band for the fit bit surge is completely Ripped at the top and bottom where it connects to the screen.. it looks absolutely horrible :(.. how on the world do ivhet it fixed or can I buy a replacement!!!!!!

Hi @ChristineHorner. If your Surge is within 12 months of its purchase date then contact Customer Service for a Warranty replacement. If it is past the 12 months you could try Super glue. Another option would be to go to Youtube and search "Fitbit Surge band replacement." If that looks like something you or someone you know can do then go to Amazon and search "Surge band replacement". For about $20 USD you will have a "like new" Surge. Best of luck! 🙂

Christine this exact issue band separating at watch. This is the 2nd time in a year I have had this problem. Ironically I even clean and do the maintenance as suggested. I did get a refurbished 1 the 1st time this occurred. I am going to try and get another as this is ridiculous. I am hoping the can get these Fitbits built more durable.
