If you are still within warranty they will normally replace the Surge (the warranty runs for 12 months from purchase, 24 months if you are in Europe). If outside warranty they will normally offer a discount towards a new purchase.

 

Can I suggest that you edit your post to remove your email details - this is a public forum and you may not want that information out there.
