Hi, my old phone died and since crossed to OPPO r9s but the phone doesn't seem to be supported & won't sync. Any ideas or updates on the way?

Hi @MickMacMike! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you participating in our Community! Heart

Sorry about what happened to your phone. At this moment we have no information about updates for the list of supported devices, I suggest to connect your Surge with your laptop, computer or any other supported device in the meantime so you don't lose your progress.

A daily sync is recommended but not required. Most Fitbit trackers record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days and they can store daily totals for up to 30 days. Your Surge can store 35 hours of GPS data before deleting some to make room for more. To ensure that all your GPS data is saved to your exercise history, sync your Surge regularly.

Once again welcome, any other question I'll be around! Woman Happy
