What/ How to do when I want TIME HEART RATE distance to appear at the same time like the one shown on the surge image?

Hi,

 

That happens when you run/walk/workout. Its not the default screen on Surge.

Thanks; tho I do not see that on the Surge face when I do my daily run. Is there anything I need to set for it to appear so I dnt have to keep on pressing the heart rate and steps every time while running.
