We need an interval training manager: two adjustsble intervals following each other automatically. For example a vibration after the first 30" then another one after 10" and then another after 30" again and so on till ten intervals or more

Hey there, @Davi! It is really nice to have you here in the community! I think this is a great idea, I was thinking you can use the silent alarms and you will receive a vibration once you have to change for the next interval. It is not specifically for that however it can do the trick in the mean time. Please share this idea on our Feature Request board, so that it may be implement it in the future.

in RUN mode, you can set and display intermediate summaries, each xxx minutes or xxx miles/km

High intensity interval training is not related with running. It's fitness. A short interval (30") with an high intensity exercise (for all body or just a muscle) and then a short one (10") rest and so on for 10 - 20 times.

Non the ones for hiit. You can set alarms on scheduled times or intervals, but the watch isn't able to mananage a sequence of intervals automatically such as 30" - 10" - 30" - 10" and so on

Got that. But I'm asking if Surge orvBlaze can buzz at end of each high/low
period to alert you when it's time to change.

Surge no. I don't know about blaze. I think it can, but it doesn' t have GPS sensor, so is not good for running

No the Blaze doesn't

I tried it first and realized sales person didn't really know product I returned the surge too. I found a free(!) app for my iPhone that does EXACTLY what I want.
its called Interval Timer. ( there is a pro version for $2.99, but I'm using free for now.)
I just saved $259.00.
Maybe I'll look at Apple Watch
