Loving the run cues, but wish I could set it at a lower time frame, like 1 minute or 30 seconds, for interval training.

Hello, @VernonSteve! Welcome to the family! Robot tongue hmm.. yes at the moment the lower would be 2 minutes. However you could share this in our Feature Request board, for it to be evaluatede and may be implemented in the near future.
