On Monday 1st Jan I went on a hike up skiddaw. Some of the data has synced in their respective area (the number of floors climbed and the distance traveled), however when I look in the track my exercise area the data has not synced properly. It says I did a 0.1m walk on 22 Dec instead (which I did not do) but has no record of my hike up skiddaw. Can you help with this please?

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Suze776, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Wow, it sounds very odd! Thanks a million for reporting this. Is this the first time that it happens to you? How did you track that specific activity? Depending on how you're tracking your activities I can give you some tips! For Hike activities it's best to use the Multi-Sport option.
If this is the first time that it happens, you might have to just restart your tracker in case that it is a hardware issue; and keep an eye on it for the next days. You can get back to me if you notice the same issue or any other strange behavior from your Surge. I hope this doesn't' happen again but please keep me posted.
Sorry about your missing data, I know that you expected to see your data reflected on your Dashboard since you did your best. If you wish you can manually log your "Hike", so you don't lose all those steps from your stats, but it's up to you. To manually log an activity: Tap on your "Track exercise" (it has a picture of a little man running) > Tap on stop watch (in the upper right corner) > Enter the information.
I encourage you to keep stepping, remember it's not about going fast, it's about doing your best! See you around!
