Hourly activity dots not appearing

My dashboard online is saying that I did 332 steps between 8.00 & 9.00 but the activity "dot" on the dashboard isn't lit. The two before and the two after are, but not that one. Can it be updated manually?? Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention huh.. I'd recommend doing the following:

 

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Surge by following @SunsetRunner' steps
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

 

Afterwards I'd test it to see how it goes now.
