I lost my Fitbit can it be tracked
Battery is still full charge

don't dream, it's not a Fitbit problem, it's excluded from warranty.

As @Activegal suggested; going back to the place where you believe the Surge was lost is the best option in this case. We recommend the use of LightBlue - Bluetooth Low Energy (http://goo.gl/bAB5ST) for iOS devices; for Android you can try Bluetooth Finder (http://goo.gl/CLyxgf).
If you still can't find it, I recommend to contact Customer Support (considering the information provided by @SunsetRunner) and hopefully they'll investigate your case further. ![]()
