How do I sync MyNetDiary to my Surge?

I am tracking calories on this app and want my steps and exercise synced from my surge to MyNetDiary.

You have to ask them. Fitbit does not get involved in any integration with 3rd party apps. They just provide a free and open API for 3rd party app developers to utilize. How and what they choose to allow into their apps is not within the control of Fitbit.
