Hi @Saqib. You should be able to change the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone. There is no charge.

If you are talking about the clock face yes it can be changed

If you are talking about the screen as it is scratched or something I'm sorry there are no repairs or screen replacements

FitBit apparently does not do repairs or refurbishment on Surges.  But there is at least one place in the U.S. which will replace your screen, or just about anything in the Surge. Don’t know if they ship to Pakistan though. JoesGE.com
