Hi @Fitnessvasa! Thanks for getting back, sorry to see that you're still having issues with your Surge notifications. 
I'd like to know which device you're using and when was the last time that your Fitbit Surge synced with your phone. If you're using a compatible device with Fitbit, check the requirements and follow these troubleshooting steps to enable notifications on your Surge. In case that you encounter any error, please let me know.
