Cannot believe that my relatively old P10 Lite is not supported. Having been bought a Surge for Crimbo and now cannot use it at all!!!!! come on Fitbit!!

Congratulations on your new Surge! As you mentioned, these mobile devices are not listed as compatible in our list of Supported Devices, which means that even if you download the Fitbit App, not all the features will work flawless.  

 

I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

No worries I'm taking it back for a refund as it's completely useless to me!, I'll get a Heuwei watch as at least it will work with me phone.
