How do I go about putting the sleep tracking into my watch screen as well as putting my watch into 24 hr clock? Thank you

The sleep tracking should be automatic. It will detect your sleep and then crunch the data the next day to give you your sleep information on the dashboard.

For the 24 hour clock go to your settings page here and scroll down to the clock display time and make the change.

Brilliant advice thank you, however the sleep isn’t going onto my watch? Is that normal, or can I get it to go onto my watch face?

Yes, this is normal. When it crunches the data after you sync in the morning the work is done on the fitbit servers and the results are stored in the dashboard but not passed down to the fitbit.
