I've had the surge for almost a year from now and I'm used to the occasional fits of not syncing, however, the last month I've had maybe a sync once a week if I'm lucky. I've reinstalled the app, turned off the phone, turned off the surge. I've tried my computer. I constantly get errors: couldn't reach fitbit.com, syncing error, tracker disconnected. I've followed the unhelpful support list of play with things until it works philosophy. I don't know, I suppose I don't expect a solution, just unhappy really. When this device did work it was awesome, now it's just a waste of time really.
