@Newbi_e A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's weird that your notifications don't notify every mile as you set them. I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. Also, restart your Surge as advised in Meylin's post. Once this has been done, test your run notifications again.

@Newbi_e So sorry to hear that the tips above didn't do the trick. Since your phone has the recent version, try logging out of the app, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app, log in and test the run notifications again.

@Newbi_e It's weird that the run notifications are still unable to work. My best advice for you is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out.
