Incorrect time showing on new Fitbit surge

I have followed all the instructions and am now on Gmt +1 London time zone but my watch is still showing American time? What else can I do? I have synced it with my phone too.

Welcome to the Community @Janellequayle. If your Surge is not showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time. You can do this by following these steps by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

 

1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Checked your timezone
