Received my new Surge yesterday and was really excited to start using it.
After completing all the set up, I was disappointed to find out that the Surge did not have the interval training function included. Seems strange as it is one of the top models. Sort it out Fitbit.
Secondly, the step counter does not seem to be working round the house. I have been up and about already this morning and my step count is reading 0?

@Justo3690, I agree, and I have just voted for your feature request.
As for indoor steps, if you are very light on your feet, or you are walking on soft carpet, you may not get step credit as the vibrations will not be strong enough to carry from your feet, through your body and along your arms to your Surge. I personally don't mind this as I don't feel that sort of stepping adds much to my fitness, but you may have different views.
The best way to test the accuracy of your Surge is to go outside and walk and watch the step monitor as you move, or count your steps and compare your count to the steps reported by your Surge.
