Unable to restart Surge

Hi I have tried to reset or restart the Surge, by keeping left and bottom right button in, screen goes out. I then switched it on, but I only get an arrow (with the dots) to the right , being the pattern when it normally switch on. Had it on charge for 3 hours. It worked this morning when I did a Parkrun, but when I tried to switch it off on the way home same arrow appeared. Bought it in January

If restart is not working than I would Contact Support
