Just updated - now everything is in kilojoules. How do I change it back to calories ?

Go into the account section of the app (select your profile at the top left of the dashboard). Then scroll down and select "Advanced settings". On the next screen select "units" and you should then be able to choose between kilocalories and kilojoules
