Log sleep broken with Surge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Slept for almost 2 hours with my surge. In the Log screnn,   it says  "your device does not support sleep tracking" . I manually entered in a sleep time, but what is the point of wearing the Surge to bed if I have to do that? I thought this device does support sleep tracking, why would the log screen say it does not?

Hello @wizard1969, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂  I haven't seen any report on this before, the Surge has the Autodetect feature to track your sleep. You just need to wear it at night and when you sync in the morning your sleep should be reflected on your account. I would like to ask you some questions, have you tried to restart your Surge? Are you syncing from a computer or mobile device? Can you provide me a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

I'll be around if you have any question. Smiley Very Happy
