I just purchased a Surge. I was told by Fit bit support that you can log meals and it will break down nutrition info. Where do I find this function ?

Online. At the Dashboard. Under "Log."
Or on the phone app.
Your choice.

Really, ZenGardner?
I've never been able to log meals, only individual foods. That's why I linked it with "My Fitness Pal" so I can easily log recipes and it syncs automatically. As far as I know, the FitBit app does not have the ability to log recipes.

It's right here:
And then add your ingredients:
I don't use it, as I prefer MFP for the ease of use and vastly superior and accurate database, but you can create a meal/recipe if you want.

Hello there @ErikG and @LadyArcadia! I'd like to know if you were able to lo your meals as per @SunsetRunner's advice. I'd like to give the this process steps by step.
This can be done directly from your Dashboard. So I recommend adding all the individual ingredients only once. In that way, when you cook the same meal again you can adit to your food plan with just one click. ![]()
Good luck!
