Looking but not connecting Bluetooth

I have paired my surge and iPhone 6 but when I try to sync, it never finds it just keeps looking? Any advice

If not already done feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.

Thanks for the advice but I've tried resetting both the Fitbit and the phone and sometimes it resolves the problem initially but the next time I try to sync it just keeps looking for the Fitbit??

I had to remove the app from the iPhone and reinstall it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Have tried that but no success. The app says found your Surge but then can't connect to Tracker... Frustrating as it worked seamlessly for three weeks and then just stopped...

Hi,

out of curiousity is the Surge working with Bluetooth Classic mode switched on, it should allow you to change songs using the Surge?

Will this remove all my data from the app?
I've got a lot of workout info on the app now and it seems a bit drastic to lose??

I have been dealing with the same issue for the past 3 days.  I have an Iphone 5s and I have been using my Surge without syncing problems for about a year.  What's wrong with the latest update???

 

How disappointing!

 

If someone can help that would be nice.  I have tried everything rebooting my watch puting the bluetooth on-off and rebooting my iphone.. no luck... No one seem to be able to help on the support live chat.
