Lost Band Buckle

I Have Lost the buckle from the band of my Surge. Any ideas???

Hi @Johnel welcome to the Community! Oh! this sounds too bad because the buckle of the Surge is not exchangeable, is not possible for you just to replace that part, in this case the whole unit needs to be replaced. So I will ask you to please get in touch with Fitbit Support directly, so they can take a look of your account and help you out. Smiley Wink
