Lost Surg Clasp

I lost the clasp on my Surg and went to the site to look for a new one. None listed. So struck up a chat with support. Fitbit does not support parts, clasp, for the surg. As how I am out of my warranty only option is to take 25% discount and purchase a new devise! That is totally not acceptable. There is not a thing wrong with my current Surg, other than a missing clasp.
May be time to change products.

I found a third party that replaced the clasp. It fits perfect and it cost $1.95. If you break or lose the clasp try these folks Esslinger.com. You will need a 28mm clasps.

If the band breaks this is not a fix
