The solution your Fitbit Help desk gave was to buy a whole new watch for 250. I've had mine for 2 years now and no issues but because I'm no longer under warranty I can't buy the little plastic piece that allows me to wear the watch I already own that works perfectly fine. That's not help its greed. For a person on limited funds, (I got the watch as a present) its just out of my price range even with a 25% discount your help desk offered. I don't want a new watch, I just want the little plastic piece that lets me wear the one I already own. Hell I even planned on buying the piece, but Fitbit doesn't even offer that as a solution. Now all I have is 250 dollars worth of crap that I can no longer use, which is a shame because I loved wearing it. I get I'm only one person and the likely hood of this being resolved for a little piece of plastic will probably never happen, but I thought everyoone should know that if the clasp/buckle were to break and they are no longer under warranty the companies only solution is to buy a brand new watch. Great or the company to get more money but it sucks for the consumers with a limited budget.

My wife has the same problem with her Charge HR. The clasp loop split and came off. FitBit's solution - buy a whole new device for 25% off. Ludicrous!
