Surge strap

I've only had my surge for 2 month but the strap is already coming away from the face but cannot find a replacement online anywere

Hi, @paullamb, the Surge band cannot be replaced.  In this case your best bet is to contact Customer Support: contact.fitbit.com .  If you contact via email, be sure to include a photo.
