I have had my new fitbit for literally no more than a few weeks and I rarely take it off but somehow the little rubber band which keeps the excess bit of the strap tucked in has fallen off. No idea how this has happened. Anyone had this happen and is there a way to get a replacement? Figure must have been a dud in the factory, and am on the move at the moment so not keen on sending my watch off. Any ideas? Thank you!
